Key rules & conditions
To keep the programme fair and sustainable, the following conditions apply:
No self-referrals
Referrals must be genuine; you cannot refer yourself using another email address.
Paid lessons required
Clients must complete 4 paid sessions; tutors must complete 10 paid sessions after screening.
Valid submissions only
Referrals must be made through our official online form to qualify for rewards.
Reward conditions
Credits or vouchers are granted only after invoices are paid and Rose Tuition confirms eligibility.
Who can take part?
For Clients: Current or former Rose Tuition clients can refer families needing extra academic support or recommend teachers interested in joining us. Earn account credit to use towards your child’s tuition fees. For Tutors: Our tutors can refer families seeking tuition or other qualified teachers who align with our values. Receive gift vouchers once referral criteria are met.

How do I submit a referral?
Simply click the “Submit a Referral” button on this page and complete our online form. We’ll contact the person you’ve referred and keep track of everything in our system.When will I receive my reward?
Rewards are applied once the referred Client or Tutor has completed the required number of paid sessions (usually after 4 or 10 sessions) and all invoices have been settled.Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, and the reward structure increases for multiple successful referrals.How will I receive my account credit or gift voucher?
Account credit is applied directly to your Rose Tuition account and will show on your next invoice. Gift vouchers are emailed to you using the address we hold on file.What counts as a “successful” referral?
A referral is successful when the new Client or Tutor you’ve referred has completed the required number of paid sessions and passed all of our usual onboarding checks.
